You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, with a €6 fee deducted from your refund. The product must be intact, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you must contact us via email or chat; returns sent without authorization will not be accepted. Personalized items, promotional items, or gift cards cannot be returned. In case of a damaged or incorrect product, please report the problem immediately so we can find a solution together. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and you can make a new purchase. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of return approval.
