How Bookings Work

During live sessions, it's possible to set aside requested products.
This system allows customers to accumulate multiple items and receive them in a single shipment, avoiding repeated shipping costs.

However, it is important to clarify that:

an order is only considered confirmed upon payment.

Until then, items are simply temporarily reserved.

⏳ Booking Duration

Products can be kept on reservation for a maximum of 48 hours.

After this time, if payment is not made, the items will become available for sale again.
The same products cannot be booked again by the same person twice in a row after order cancellation, with the exception of the most constant and loyal customers.

Any extensions may be granted only in exceptional cases.

🏷️ Promotions and Offers

Live promotions are intended to be used at the time they are offered.

If an order containing promotional items is kept pending for extended periods, the items will be recalculated at their full price at the time of payment. Should the customer still wish to proceed with the purchase at full price, they must do so within 48 hours, otherwise the items will become available for sale again as explained above.

🔄 Modifications and Cancellations

We understand that there may be second thoughts or changes to orders.

However, repeated modifications, frequent cancellations, or bookings that remain unpaid for long periods make it difficult to manage live sessions and product availability for other customers.

In these cases, the ability to purchase via live sessions may be limited.

It will always be possible to purchase normally from the website.
