🌿 Returns Splendid – Linear Synthesis

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, with a €6 fee deducted from your refund. The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you must contact us via email or chat; returns sent without authorization will not be accepted. Customized items, promotional items, or gift cards cannot be returned. If your product is damaged or incorrect, please report the problem immediately so we can find a solution together. If you wish to exchange an item, return it and you can make a new purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the return being approved.
